The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Opened or used e-liquids, vape juices, or any consumable products.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at vapeandtwist.co.uk to initiate the refund process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Ship the Item(s) Back: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, your
refund will be processed within [5-10] business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
